In daily life every one purchases consumable products and utilize goods they require. There have been cases of defect in consumer products, FMCG Goods, Unfair trade practise, cheating and deficiency in services by the trader. Consumer Protection Act, 1986 has been enacted to rescue the consumers. In India, there are statutes that deal with the Consumer Protection. The Consumer Law protection Act, 1986 is a mile stone in the history of socio economic legislation in India.

We provide services for the consumers such as drafting of notices, filing complaints, before the consumer redressal authorities comprising of District Forum, State Commission, and National Commission and assisting the client to get relief such as Compensations, replacement of goods, return of price, and removal of defects from District Level to appeals to High Court.
