B. Leelesh Sundaram is a practicing advocate at the High court of Madras with extensive practice in civil, commercial, arbitration, company, criminal, insolvency and bankruptcy, Intellectual property rights, property laws , matrimonial laws, Legal Opinions and Legal Audit. Having stood as the best outgoing student and gold medalist in the course of BBA LLB(Hons) with a specialization in criminal from Saveetha School of law, Leelesh further pursued LLM in Commercial law from the same university. Duly submitted a thesis on Dynamic Profitability Among Same Class of Foreign Share Investors Through Global Depository Receipts: Testing the prudence of Indian laws on curbing Concentrated capitalism in this regard.
Being bound by passion and interest towards the core areas of law, Leelesh had completed in various short term and certificate courses from universities across the world which include Critical Criminology from London Open University, Crisis Response ,Relief and Resilience from the University of Newcastle Australia, Human Rights and law from London Open University, Euro Zone economic crisis certification from MR University and Supporting Adolescent learners from Griffith University apart from other short term courses.

Leelesh has conducted over 60 empirical researches on niche socio legal concerns and has published 52 research articles in leading international journals. Leelesh Sundaram was awarded the Honorary Rosalind Membership by the London press university for his credible research on "IMPACT IN POLICY OF LAISSEZ FAIRE DURING SCARCITIES UNDER INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE JURISPRUDENCE : A CASE ANALYSIS OF WATER SCARCITY IN TAMILNADU UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE REGIME". It is essential to mention that Adv. Leelesh has presented research papers in over 30 international and national and international conferences and has won best research paper and best presenter award in such Conferences.

Apart from practical research and academics, Leelesh is lured into various probono and philanthropies which would include proposing and drafting a private bill on Prosopis Juliflora plant Growth Control and Plant Waste Management Bill and The National Refugee Bill to the Government of India. Leelesh was also the delegate of the Parliament of India on the occasion of National law day and shared his views on Separation of powers in India at the sentimental and prestigious central hall of the Parliament presided by the Lok shaba speaker. With a sincere aim to render suggestion to the Taliban insurgency, Leelesh had performed a detailed case study on the said issue. Focusing on rehabilitation of prisoners and to reduce recidivism among convicts, Leelesh has actively worked based on the statistics of the Tihar and Madras central prison in order to suggest effective solutions to the said issues. Leelesh Sundaram regularly speaks to the marginalized and victimized sections of the society in order to create global awareness and transformation. It is pertinent to mention that Leelesh Sundaram has actively worked on rehabilitation of prostitutes from brothels in India by understanding their lifestyles moreparticularly in the Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.

Enrolled in the year 2022, Leelesh Sundaram has argued disputes pertaining to claiming insurance from the state Government wherein the Hon’ble High court of Madras made a significant ruling that when the Insurance Company is not liable to reimburse the medical expenses under NHIS to the Government Servants / Pensioners, it would have to be processed under the Tamil Nadu Medical Attendance Rules by the Head of the Office with the concerned Department in which that employee had served and pay the eligible amount to him. Advocate Leelesh appeared and extended his sincere arguments in the writ appeal concerning the appointment of persons involved in criminal cases for uniform services. As a counsel on record and arguing counsel in variety of cases pertaining to MSME Act, Leelesh was able establish the rights and limitations in the statutory arbitration conducted under the MSME ACT.

Apart from the above Advocate Leelesh Sudaram appeared against the Union of India and the Goods and Service Tax Council in the matter pertaining to errors in availing input tax credit and got the order of the learned single judge reversed on the ground of circumstantial flexibility and strict interpretations.

Leelesh Sundaram was the also the arguing counsel in the land mark case of maintenance wherein Hon’ble High Court of Madras had held that The agony of the child and its mental condition during the period of dispute between father and mother, all to be taken note of and the interim maintenance is to be ordered by the Courts even if there is no application or otherwise. In an interesting case pertaining to employer-employee dispute represented by Advocate Leelesh, The Madras High Court had made a significant observation that any other leave granted by the management apart from those granted by the government would be treated only as a privilege and not as a right of a workmen.
